If your request concerns the 2026-2027 school year

You can begin your child’s registration via the Eduka platform using the following school code:

Applications for the September 2026 intake will be accepted from December 15, 2025 to March 29, 2026.

 

Kindly note: Submitting a registration file does not guarantee admission.

All decisions will be communicated to parents via Eduka.

 

Acceptance is not considered valid until the Contribution to the Development Fund has been paid. This fee is non-refundable.

 

Additionally, a non-refundable Opening File Fee of $100 must be paid upon submission of your application, regardless of the school’s decision.

 

A meeting between the administration, the parents, and the child will be scheduled as part of the admissions process.

 

The following documents must be uploaded through Eduka to complete your application and allow for it to be reviewed:

  • 2 recent passport-sized photos of the child
  • A recent family photo (both parents, the child, and siblings)
  • Recent Individual Civil Extract (issued within the past 6 months) + photocopy (for Lebanese students only)
  • Recent Civil Family Extract (issued within the past 6 months) + photocopy (for Lebanese students only)
  • Photocopy of passport (for foreign students only)
  • Photocopy of family booklet (if applicable)
  • Completed Medical Form (available on the school website)
  • Recent vaccination booklet

Evolution of your request

A notice of admission or placement on the waiting list will be sent to you in April.

If your child is admitted, you must confirm enrollment by paying the first registration fees, either:

  • In cash at the school cashier's office, or

  • By bank transfer

This payment must be made in full within seven working days of receiving the admission notice.
Kindly note: These fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal.

Admission is only confirmed once the application file is complete and includes all required signatures.

If your request concerns the 2025-2026 school year:

You may begin the registration process on Eduka using the school code below:

Kindly note: Submitting a pre-registration file does not constitute a commitment on the part of the school. All applications are reviewed by the school management, and decisions will be communicated via Eduka.

Registration becomes final only after:

·       Submission of a complete application file with all required documents

·       Payment of the $100 non-refundable Opening File Fee, regardless of the school’s decision

·       Payment of the non-refundable Contribution to the Development Fund

·       A scheduled meeting between the administration, the parents, and the child

Kindly upload the following documents when submitting your registration application file on Eduka.
Applications missing required documents cannot be processed.

General Documents (All Students)

 

·       2 recent passport-size photos

·       A recent family photo (both parents + the child + siblings)

·       Completed Medical Form (available on the school website)

·       Recent vaccination booklet

·       Report card for the current academic year (latest available term)

·       Report cards from all three terms of the previous year, academic booklet, and recent medical file

·       Certificate of termination from the previous school, including the final decision of the class council

For Lebanese Students Only

 

·       Recent Individual Civil Extract (issued within the past 6 months) + photocopy

·       Recent Civil Family Extract (issued within the past 6 months) + photocopy

·       Letter in Arabic from the previous school confirming:

o   Admission to a higher-grade level

o   Student’s number as recorded by the Lebanese Ministry of Education
(Required for applicants from KGII to IBDP2)

For Foreign Students Only

 

·       Photocopy of passport

·       Photocopy of the Family Booklet (if applicable)

·       Exemption from the Lebanese national curriculum, issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education’s Commission of Equivalence (Required for non-Lebanese students)

Additional Documents (Based on Grade Level and Background)

 

·       Certified photocopy of the Lebanese Brevet diploma
(Required for students not exempt from the Lebanese Program applying for Grade 10, IBDP1, or IBDP2)

·       Official Equivalence from the Lebanese Ministry of Education
(Required for students coming from abroad and applying to Grade 3 to IBDP2)

From Grade 1 onward, school reports are required for evaluating the student’s academic level.

For Preschool applicants, no entry test is required.

If there is uncertainty regarding the section placement (French vs. English Section), an assessment may be offered to help determine the most appropriate section for the child.
